Some People are very happy for this invention while on the other side some people in which majority belong to the tech industry are scared of its power of writing code , ad copy, content, descriptions, blogs and more in a very efficient manner.

First of All, ChatGPT has no potential to steal your job because you are more capable of doing things which an AI cannot perform even after full evolution. If you have enough skills to write better things which have never been written in the past there’s no way an AI can replicate it because the data it was fed is the chunk of text content which is available online and will evolve based on new data which will be available on the web in the upcoming decades.

A Company cannot layoff an employee who is providing value. AI isn’t capable of learning things which have very little documentation available on the web. If you ever wish to test the capability of AI it is better to test it with new coding languages it won’t be able to answer correctly.

One of the reasons behind layoffs is over hiring. Companies hire employees more than their requirements to boost their business and to increase employment.

Second reason being the shut down of the product a company introduced in the past. Some Companies hire separate staff for each of their products but not all of them succeed. That’s why they eventually have to perform a layoff.

There are more reasons for layoffs such as to decrease money burn, replace employees with more experienced ones, introduction of new pipelines which may not require as much workforce as they have in their staff and a lot more.

Layoff is a respectful way of losing a job while being fired out of the company is not as respectful as a layoff.

Layoff means you are let go because of a change in the company’s way of working or any professional reason.

Firing is more personal and is often triggered due to an activity by the employee towards the company and its privacy. Although you don’t get kicked out directly as you generally see in movies but It definitely leaves a trauma in mind if that is the only source of your income.

This process of layoff and firing will continue in upcoming years no matter what. To protect yourself from losing your job all you have to do is to provide value to the company.

Don’t stick to the basics of your profession, always upskill yourself even if you are not required to do that hard job in your daily routine.
Always make use of AI tools to increase your productivity instead of worrying about its potential negative side in human life.
Don’t be that person who always stays satisfied with the least.
Always think of unique things and do something unique.
Don’t Copy anyone because even AI returns the same answer on the same prompt until you ask it to rewrite in a different way.
Use ChatGPT to perform basic time taking activities.
Don’t trust any code generated by AI completely because most of them are either broken or not compatible completely.
If you are passionate enough towards your job you can make use of answers given by the ChatGPT and modify it according to your liking which is very beneficial for day to day use.
Always refactor ChatGPT code according to your use case.
Think Big and do something beyond that one could expect. (Not talking about a scam my friend).
Think cleverly and try to perform tasks in the shortest way possible.
Predict the future before planning and writing content or even before you perform any task.

This technology is to make the lives of professionals easier, Although it might eat up different sub roles of a bigger job role. For Example : In a Digital Marketing Agency there were 3 roles before AI such as Copywriter , Content Strategy and Ad Manager. After the AI , there could be only one role required i.e most probably Ad Manager which is yet to be done by the AI because there are 100s of platforms serving different nations with different sets of peoples.
